Job Title: System Administrator

Reports to: IT Manager

Location: Marble Centre International Pvt Ltd. – Jigani Industrial Area

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced System Administrator to manage and maintain our

organization's computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate

will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability

to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. System Administration: Install, configure, and manage Windows/MacOS systems,

including hardware, software, and peripherals.

  1. Network Administration: Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including

routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

  1. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, including hardware and

software problems.

  1. Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect against cyber threats,

including antivirus software, firewalls, and access controls.

  1. Backup and Recovery: Develop and implement backup and recovery procedures to

ensure business continuity.

  1. User Support: Provide technical support and train end-users.

  2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations,

and applicable laws.

  1. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems,

networks, and infrastructure.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or

related field.

  1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in system administration, preferably in Windows

environment.

  1. Technical Skills:

  2. Strong knowledge of Windows/ MacOS operating systems.

  3. Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

  4. Knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations.

  5. Soft Skills:

  6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
