**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to generate high-quality leads from corporate companies to drive business growth and expand our client base.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage with potential corporate clients.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, and direct outreach, to generate leads.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target companies.
- **Campaign Management**:
- Create and manage marketing campaigns aimed at corporate audiences.
- Develop compelling content and promotional materials tailored to corporate clients.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize lead generation efforts.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in corporate companies.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to build connections and gather leads.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and align on strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement initiatives that support lead generation goals.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Monitor and report on lead generation metrics and KPIs.
- Provide regular updates on lead quality, campaign performance, and market trends.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation for corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and goals.
