About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Associate Technical Project Manager to support end-to-end delivery across engineering teams. This role will work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and Customer Success to ensure smooth execution of projects, clear communication, and predictable delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Support creation of project plans, timelines, sprint goals, and milestones.
  • Coordinate requirements, design, development, testing, release planning, and post-release reviews.
  • Track progress, identify risks/roadblocks, and drive timely mitigation.
  • Maintain project documentation, dashboards, RAID logs, and weekly status reports.

2. Cross-Team Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, NOC, and Customer teams.
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint ceremonies, cross-team sync-ups, and UAT sign-offs.
  • Ensure clarity of ownership across teams and follow up for deliverables.

3. Technical Understanding

  • Understand product architecture, integrations, APIs, and core platform modules.
  • Translate technical discussions into clear action items for stakeholders.
  • Support efforts in performance, security, and compliance-driven initiatives.

4. Delivery Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain delivery metrics (velocity, burn-down, spill-over, defect leakage, etc.).
  • Ensure processes like change management, release readiness, incident RCA follow-ups are followed.
  • Publish weekly/monthly updates to stakeholders and leadership.

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Interact with PMs, EMs, architects, QA leads, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Support customer-facing discussions for timelines, dependencies, and go-live planning.
  • Collaborate with InfoSec, IT, and Infrastructure teams for platform readiness.

6. Process & Quality Improvement

  • Identify gaps in workflows, handoffs, and communication loops; propose improvements.
  • Support adoption of engineering best practices, checklists, and templates.
  • Ensure consistent documentation and audit readiness for compliance projects.
