Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Project Manager to lead software and technology projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and experience managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of technical projects — planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with development, design, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
  • Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues.
  • Ensure adherence to technical standards, coding best practices, and security guidelines.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum meetings and promote an agile project culture.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, handle feedback, and ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience managing software development or IT infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).
  • Excellent technical knowledge in software development, databases, APIs, and cloud systems.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and documentation software (MS Project, Confluence, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience working with SaaS products, enterprise applications, or mobile app development.
  • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
