About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team

in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in managing complex

technical projects, with a strong focus on software development and a proven track record

of successful project delivery. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and

finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, ensuring that all

technical teams are aligned and all stakeholders are informed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects, defining project scope, goals,

and deliverables.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and key

stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and issues and

implementing effective mitigation strategies.

  • Manage project budgets and resource forecasts.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospective, and other Agile

ceremonies.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality

standards.

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the project team.

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor//'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a technology-

focused environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to

articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and project

management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).

  • Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize

tasks effectively.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of modern web technologies, cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and

software architecture is a plus.
