Responsibility - 
Responsible for providing technical project management and oversight for key initiatives and implementation projects, ensuring that initiatives and objectives are closely aligned with strategic priorities  Lead, monitor, and motivate different teams across the project and planned tasks are completed on-time, within scope and budget and with a quality of deliverables  Create and manage methods of management, communication plans, and processes as per the project management principles  Manages and appropriately escalates delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated to the application development initiatives  Analysis, planning, developing requirements documents, building functional models, developing functional procedures, and technical duties  Ability to independently manage the operational aspects of the projects and serves as liaison between program management and project team  Responsible for the management of technical use cases, development of solution, implantation on schedule time and making sure that all required projects are completed and reviewed  Assigns and monitor work of technical staff, ensuring that project procedure is in alignment with program business objectives, on-time and within budget  Good analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Manages and tracks team velocity, financials, and project KPIs in relation to the business plan and publish progress reports  Participate in the budget estimation, staff and any other resource(s) that are needed to accomplish or achieve set out project goals and monitor the KPI of the project  Responsible for identifying, clarifying, and communicating the vision(s) and/or objective(s) of projects to team members  Provide process improvement recommendations that are based on best practices and industry standards  Working with quality management approaches, techniques, and principles to ensure quality  Participate in steering committee meetings and Corp-IT & InfoSec group to discuss progress and issues to be resolved and report progress on a weekly basis 
Requirement -  Master's or Bachelor's degree  3+ years in IT project management  Certification PMP/CSPO/CSM/SaFe Agile added advantage  Experience with gradually increasing responsibilities and a demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, artifacts, and tools  Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, risk management, change management, project management and people management  Lead the team members in the application development/implementation and oversee projects to make sure they are running as planned  Good judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills  Knowledge in software architecture, development, and deployment. Full understanding of software development lifecycle best practices  Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to present during the review meeting  Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering quality work  Self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organizational skills
