Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for an Operations Associate. The Operations Associate will oversee day-to-day operational activities, coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth workflow, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. The individual will also handle customer service tasks, assist in planning and executing projects, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Operations and the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills for collaborative work and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop actionable improvements.
  • Experience in Customer Service, with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Prior experience in operations or related roles is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is beneficial.
