About the Role:

As a
Manager/ Senior Manager
in Client Servicing & Business Development, you will be at the forefront of establishing and maintaining strong client relationships while driving business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to manage client accounts, ensure their needs are met, and work closely with the internal team to deliver exceptional events. This is a client-facing role where your ability to understand client needs, coupled with your event industry experience, will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    Actively engage in acquiring new clients and build lasting partnerships. Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering long-term, successful relationships.
  • Event Strategy & Execution:
    Work with clients to understand their event requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative, customized event solutions. Oversee the planning and execution process from start to finish.
  • Market & Technology Insight:
    Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market insights to offer clients the most relevant and up-to-date services. Ensure the offerings meet the evolving needs of the market and clients.
  • Budgeting & Negotiation:
    Manage cost estimation and negotiations with clients to deliver budget-friendly solutions without compromising quality or profitability. Ensure financial objectives are met while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration & Coordination:
    Act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal team, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Provide timely and constructive feedback to optimize event concepts, designs, and execution.
  • End-to-End Event Management:
    Coordinate all aspects of the event lifecycle, from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up, ensuring all milestones are met and client expectations are exceeded.

Preferred
Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Event Management or related fields.
  • Must have prior experience (6+ years) in the Corporate Events industry.
