Customer Success Engineer – Enhanced with Mobile Expertise
As a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) at OneTrust, you'll help customers overcome product-related challenges through high-quality, focused "Ask the Expert" sessions. These 1–2 hour engagements offer hands-on troubleshooting, guidance, and configuration support across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 sessions to resolve issues, clarify product behavior, and answer "how-to" questions, including for mobile applications and SDKs.
- Translate customer challenges into actionable guidance, with a focus on both desktop and mobile environments.
- Maintain professionalism under pressure, especially with frustrated or time-sensitive customers.
- Build trusted relationships through empathy, product knowledge, and clear communication.
- Collaborate with CSAs, Support, Product, and Enablement teams to improve processes and address mobile-specific use cases.
- Create scalable enablement assets (e.g., articles, blog posts, tutorials), including mobile troubleshooting guides and best practices.
Preferred Background
- Experience as a OneTrust Implementation Consultant or Support Engineer.
- Alternatively, expertise in comparable platforms (e.g., GRC, privacy, data governance), especially those with mobile components.
- Proven ability to ramp up quickly if not familiar with OneTrust.
Qualifications
- Experience in technical customer-facing roles: Customer Success, Support Engineering, Professional Services, or Solutions Consulting.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and enterprise SaaS workflows, including mobile app deployment and management.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills, with the ability to support mobile SDK integration, app configuration, and mobile-specific issues.
- Experience with Android Studio and/or Xcode, including debugging and app configuration.
- Basic knowledge of either Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Objective-C in the context of mobile development.
- Understanding of API principles, including RESTful services and authentication flows.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate cross-functionally.
