Manager Finance

We have an urgent opening for the post of Manager Finance (Fund Raising) for a reputed Real Estate Industry for their office at Pune.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager Finance (Fund Raising) tojoin our dynamic team in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the company's fundraising efforts support our real estate development projects. This role requires a deep understanding of financial management, investment strategies, and a proven track record in securing funds from diverse sources.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Fund Raising:

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet the financial requirements of the company's real estate projects.
• Identify and approach potential investors, financial institutions, banks and alternate financing institutions and other funding sources.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and financial models to potential investors.

2. Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support fundraising efforts.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and projections for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project-specific cash flow forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and management.

3. Documentation and Proposals:

• Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) that outline project plans, financials, and other relevant details.
• Create comprehensive financial proposals and documentation required for funding applications to financial institutions.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, thorough, and aligns with the requirements of potential investors and financial institutions.

4. Investor Relations:

• Maintain relationships with current and potential investors.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with investors regarding the status of their investments and the company's financial health.
• Organize investor meetings, presentations, and site visits.

5. Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to fundraising and financial management.
• Manage documentation and due diligence processes for fundraising activities.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all fundraising activities adhere to legal standards.

6. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the senior management team to align fundraising efforts with the company's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to understand funding needs and project timelines.

7. Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify new fundraising opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in real estate financing and investment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Experience- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on fundraising within the real estate sector.
Proven track record of successful fundraising for large-scale real estate projects.

Skills:

• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and financial institutions.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate markets and investment strategies.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Expertise in preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), financial proposals, and cash flow forecasts.
