Roles & Responsibilities

* Coordinate with clients & internal teams for smooth shipments

* Handle documentation and update records

* Ensure timely communication with US counterparts

* Support sales team with operational requirements

*Pitch logistics & freight services confidently

Requirements

Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Confident, patient, and professional on calls

( Min 1 yr of exp required in voice process)
