Role Overview:We are seeking an energetic Business Development Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role involves driving partnerships, patient acquisition, and business growth while ensuring smooth coordination between patients and healthcare providers.
- Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard new hospital and doctor partnerships.
- Generate and convert patient leads through outreach and engagement.
- Maintain strong relationships with partner hospitals for smooth coordination.
- Support marketing initiatives to boost patient consultations.
- Track business performance, analyze data, and meet monthly targets.
- Requirements:Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM preferred, but not mandatory).
- 0–3 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, or Healthcare (freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and target-driven.
- Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced work culture.
