The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding the company's client base. You will act as a bridge between clients and our recruitment team, ensuring that their hiring needs are effectively addresse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calls, emails, networking, LinkedIn, referrals).
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their hiring needs.
  • Pitch recruitment services to prospective clients and convert leads into business.
  • Negotiate terms of business with clients and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
  • Maintain records of client communications and progress using CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
