Job Description: Business Development Executive (Female)
We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Executive to join our team at a customized packaging provider based in Delhi, India. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, driving sales growth, and strengthening our market position. This position requires travel across the Delhi National Capital Region (NCR).
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, referrals, and cold outreach.
Conduct market analysis and research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors' offerings.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, industry influencers, and business partners.
Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to clients' needs, showcasing the unique value of our customized packaging solutions.
Lead negotiations and close contracts with prospective clients while maintaining positive client relationships.
Identify and initiate strategic partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, or industry associations to expand our reach and capabilities.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets and support sales efforts through product demonstrations and client meetings.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns that promote our customized packaging solutions.
Gather feedback from clients, track market trends, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities, generate reports, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the packaging industry or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving results.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to travel across the Delhi NCR region for client meetings and industry events.
Familiarity with market research and analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
