Business Development Manager

* Design and execute comprehensive business development strategies specifically aimed at expanding the agency's Public Relations and Social Media clientele and market presence.

* Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through strategic networking, effective cold outreach, and expert relationship management with potential clients.

* Develop, write, and deliver highly persuasive and tailored pitch decks and proposals that directly address client objectives and clearly articulate the value of our PR and Social Media services.

* Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with current clients, prospective leads, and key industry influencers to foster trust and future growth opportunities.

* Serve as the bridge between sales and operations, actively collaborating with internal PR and creative teams to ensure proposed campaigns are innovative, achievable, and result in successful client outcomes.

* Maintain an expert-level understanding of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging strategies across the PR and Social Media landscape to inform sales pitches and agency offerings.

* Be directly responsible for achieving defined revenue targets and playing a critical role in the overall financial growth and expansion of the agency.

Experience: 1-3 years
