At our Telecom Grade FRP & ARP Rods' business, we manufacture Fibre Reinforced Plastic Rods and Aramid Reinforced Rods for optical fibre cables, using the latest UV lights Curing Pultrusion Technology, Thermal Process Technology, and fully automated production lines, in Silvassa with 2 million km per annum production capacity and an opportunity to increase our capacity many folds in next two years.

Roles & Responsibilities:Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including ethical sourcing and sustainability practices. Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Manage the procurement process from requisition through to order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal departments to understand their needs and ensure that procurement activities meet their requirements. Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process improvement.

Manage a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. The Successful Candidate:Any graduation degree or a related field (Master's degree or professional certification like CIPS or CPM preferred). Atleast 5 years of experience direct procurement (not indirect procurement) or supply chain management, with a proven track record of successful contract negotiations and supplier managementStrong understanding of procurement processes, contract law, and supply chain management principles.
