Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end commercial operations including vendor contracts and procurement.
- Oversee accounting, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Handle GST filing, returns, and assessments.
- Lead costing activities including garment/fabric/job-work costing.
- Prepare and present MIS reports (P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis).
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, and management teams.
- Lead and mentor the accounts/commercial team.
Requirements:
- 1820 years of experience in commercial, accounts, GST, costing, MIS.
Candidate only from garment/textile industry will be considered.
Strong ERP (SAP/Tally/Oracle) and MS Excel knowledge.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Education: CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) preferred; B.Com/M.Com with relevant garment industry exposure can also apply.Roles and Responsibilities
