Job Title: Furniture Designer
Function: Product Designing
Location: Daman

Job Responsibility includes working on Interiors of Commercial & High-End Luxury Residential Projects.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES:
- 1. To identify the entire Furniture range that is acceptable to the target market in coordination with other department and sales and marketing team to create the right product presence.
2. Build projects from concept and product benchmarking, through to prototyping, design specification to part approval and final production.
Ensure that the final design details, product specification and pre
- production samples are reviewed.
3. Work with junior designers and engineers to all aspect of the development and product implementation process.
4. Oversee, guide, and direct the product development, production processes and implementation of quality standards.
5. Coordinate with PPC team to overcome design challenges and come up with cost effective solution.
6. Factory visits to check the prototypes before production.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- The ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and others, influencing external and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to lead design projects from concept to completion.
- Ability to supervise and develop employees.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Exposure to international branding.

EDUCATION:
- Master in Furniture and Interior Design from a recognized institute with 5 years’ experience into designing of furniture for home and office. Should be strong on design techniques. Should be strong on 2D / 3D Software. Should possess strong supervisory skill. Should be having excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.

**Minimum Qualification**: Degree in relevant field
