Job Title: Manager - Estimation & Quantity
Function: E&Q
Location: Daman
Job Responsibility includes working on Estimation & Quantity of Furniture Manufacturing Factory.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES:
- 1. Prepare BOQ once drawings are approved.
2. Prepare BOMs, cost estimation & cost breakdown.
3. Responsible for formulating & executing procurement strategy plan.
4. Interpreting and checking drawings, tender documents, quantities, and estimates.
5. Preparation of contract documents.
6. Evaluate suppliers, subcontractors & their proposals.
7. Maintaining supplier / subcontractor database.
8. Reviews and comments on technical and commercial specifications.
9. Prepares material takeoffs to allow Purchasing Dept to obtain market pricing.
10. Coordinates with Production department.
11. Manages and reviews the performance of Estimating team.
12. Helps establish and periodically review the Estimating Policies and Procedures of the Company.

**Job Expectations**:
EDUCATION:
- B.Tech/B.E. - Civil/Mechanical
- Work experience of 3 years and above.

**Minimum Qualification**: B.Tech/B.E. - Civil/Mechanical

**Minimum Job Experience**: 3-5 years
