Experience: 5+ years of work experience in BFSI sector in compliance inspection and Implemention
Education: CA or MBA

Job Role:
- Ensure timely dissemination of RBI requests to relevant stakeholders across the Bank.
- Collate and review (at maker level) information to be submitted to RBI inspectors.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and the RBS inspection team.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of information requested by RBI inspection teams.
- Monitor new RBI regulations and promptly circulate them to internal stakeholders.
- Analyze regulatory impact, allocate actions to business owners, and guide on implementation.
- Perform design and operating effectiveness testing of implemented processes and controls.
- Assist senior stakeholders in preparing regulatory engagement notes for discussions with RBI.
- Maintain comprehensive MIS relating to RBI inspections, submissions, and compliance tracking.
