We are‎ the‎ authorized consultants‎ to the manufacturers of bulk powder handling‎ solutions‎ for‎ the construction and‎ infrastructure sectors.

We are urgently‎ seeking‎ for‎ the below position.

Position:-‎ SALES MANAGER

‎ Location:-‎ Chennai Region (Field-based role)

Experience:- Relevant experience in the same or similar industry.

Salary:-‎ UPTO 8–10 LPA (depending on experience)

Age: Years.

‎ Education:- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Job‎ Responsibilities

‎ Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of our standard product range and other

customized offering

‎ Achieve company objectives by planning effectively, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data,

and projecting future performance/ forecast

‎ All pre & post sales activities – lead to inquiry to order, Dispatch Scheduling & payment follow up.

‎ Lead follow up, inquiry generation, offer making & further follow up until closure of order

‎ Will require to tour extensively covering designated area for at least 15 days a month to meet with

potential and existing clientele and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their requirement,

technical challenges and providing applicable solutions

‎ Expected to provide the initial technical expertise to the customer for the challenge faced and then

provide a complete solution in coordination with the design & technical team at HO

‎ Collect the required input from the customer for the technical team at HO to design a solution and

recommend the equipment.

‎ Submit quotes to the customers, while providing technical expertise to turn the quote into a sale

‎ Sales Promotion for the products suitable for respective active sectors in the area

‎ Will have to be adept with CRM & ERP software to ensure a smooth operational process flow which

warrants customer delight

‎ Report generation/ MIS on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. In-depth analysis of the customer

profitability, revenue targets and forecast

‎ Should have a market insight for the upcoming projects, competitors and their activity including pricing

‎ Expected to have for thorough understanding of the competitors in your area/ region and their

activities

‎ Will be responsible for co-ordination between agents/dealers & HO (head office)

‎ Coach, advise and motivate sales engineers to build and maintain a high performance team

Requirement
‎ Proven work experience as in sales (B2B & B2C) and industrial products/ bulk handling equipment.

‎ 4-8 years of experience in technical sale capacity with related field experience

‎ Strong hands on technical ability and proficient in utilizing various sales techniques

‎ Should possess analytical skills and business acumen for regional business growth

‎ Working knowledge of a CRM/ERP tool will be an added advantage

‎ Must be proficient in MS Office suite

Job Highlights
The role involves field sales activities for 15–20 days per month in the assigned region.

The candidate will work from home for the remaining days to share reports and coordinate with the Sales Support Engineer.

Note: We do not have any office in Chennai.
