Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, client-facing professional to manage and grow key accounts while ensuring operational excellence and seamless supply chain execution. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive business growth through data-driven decisions and collaborative execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  2. Achieve revenue and volume growth targets for assigned accounts while maintaining agreed margins.
  3. Monitor and manage collectibles and outstanding payments to stay within agreed credit periods.
  4. Analyze account performance data, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies for growth.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of client business needs and document insights on CRM for strategic decision-making.
  6. Identify and execute growth levers for revenue and volume, including cross-selling Delhivery's services (B2C Heavy, LTL, Warehousing, etc.).
  7. Diagnose reasons for downtrends in account performance, develop corrective action plans, and track execution progress.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, supply chain, finance, and sales) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  9. Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market, operational, and data analysis.
  10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in client service and supply chain processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, account management, or business development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of supply chain operations, logistics, or related domains.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and data visualization/reporting tools.
