Role Overview

The
Project Manager

will oversee multiple client and internal projects across financial advisory, investment, and business consulting domains. This role demands a
self-starter

with strong accountability, process orientation, and communication skills to manage timelines, teams, and client expectations seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across financial advisory and consulting engagements.
  • Translate client goals into actionable project plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with advisory, research, operations, and compliance teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track progress using defined KPIs and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Drive efficiency through process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

(Finance, Business, or related field preferred); MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
- 5–10 years

of project management experience in financial services, consulting, or related domains.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, advisory workflows, and client servicing.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, MS Project, Jira).
- Highly organized, analytical, and execution-focused mindset.
