Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, run, and monitor campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Generate creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.

Experience:

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing within the IT Consulting / IT Services industry.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Events).
  • Strong team handling and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI-driven campaigns.
