We are currently seeking a Head of Sales to join our team based in Bangalore, India.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the energy drinks or food industry, along with a proven distributor network. This is a full-time position under an indefinite contract, with discussions on current salary and expectations regarding base salary plus bonuses.

You will:
Take responsibility for sales activities across various markets in India and beyond. You will work closely with the CEO, implementing new strategies and utilizing out-of-the-box thinking to drive success.
Position: Head of Sales
Location: Bangalore, India (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time / Indefinite Contract
Remuneration: To be discussed based on current salary and expected compensation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Detect and develop new potential distributor partners, helping them enhance their skills to become part of our core sales network.
- Oversee sales of the organizations products, maintaining relationships with existing accounts, and responsible for expanding and retaining these enterprise accounts while ensuring ongoing customer service.
- Report on objectives, actions taken, and results obtained to management and the CEO.
- Identify and qualify both long-term and short-term business opportunities while proactively addressing competitive threats.
- Prepare formal proposals and presentations for all levels of the organization including executives, lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes, and effectively close sales.
- Manage significant key partner relationships and facilitate executive-level communication on strategic and tactical issues.
- Research and develop lists of potential customers within the sector; regularly follow up on leads and act to close deals.
- Determine market strategies and goals for each product and service according to the strategies, goals, and objectives of named accounts.
- Coordinate account strategy and tactics for sales support teams, including Systems Engineering, Sales Operations, Services, and Sales Management.
- Develop strategies for sustained management and success of the business, coordinating resources to meet established goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for named enterprise accounts, maintaining high-level executive relationships.
- Be open to adapting new strategies and demonstrate creative problem-solving and innovative approaches to challenges.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership position in the energy drinks or food industry.
- Established distributor network in India.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics in the energy drinks or food sectors.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
