About Growfin
Growfin is a fast-growing SaaS company that provides financial management solutions to the finance audience, including Controllers, VP of Finance, CFO. Our platform offers features such as financial reporting, collections, cash application & cashflow forecasting, designed to streamline financial operations and drive efficiency in cash flow cycles. Shift - US Shift (6 pm - 3 am)
Key Responsibilities:
Representing Growfin and being the spokesperson for the product
Generating leads, building relationships with potential customers and nurturing the warm prospects
Inbound and outbound Calling/Email/LinkedIn to targeted business owners in the US
Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts
Finding new and potential sales outlets to engage with inactive prospects
Showcasing the product to potential customers during the early stages of the sales cycle
Refining the lead generation process on a timely basis
Work with the demand generation team to share feedback to improve MQL and campaign performance.
Work closely with the AEs to make the outbound engine successful
Work in collaboration with Content, Event marketing and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline

Staying current with the industry trends
Qualifications:
A go-getter with 6 months - 3 years (SaaS) experience into Sales or Business Development experience in the US or India market
Extremely comfortable with cold outreaches and facing objections
Close or Kill mentality in getting opportunities generated for the sales team.
Comfortable in calling prospects and engaging with them to generate interest
Strong desire to move up in the sales organization
Creative and like working in a startup environment
Excellent Communication Skills
Comfortable working in night shifts
