Role & responsibilities

  1. Engage with potential students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to explain course offerings and benefits.
  2. Understand students' needs and career goals to suggest the most suitable courses.
  3. Build strong relationships with prospective students, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
  4. Convince and convert leads into enrollments by highlighting the institutes USP's.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
  6. Efficiently manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
  7. Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless experience for enrolled students. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the institute.

Preferred candidate profile

● Experience: 4-5 years in sales, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.

● Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi & English.

● Persuasion & Selling Skills: Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales confidently.

● Relationship-Building: Expertise in building trust with potential students and guiding them toward enrollment.

● Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using sales-related technologies, CRM tools, WhatsApp, and Excel/Google Sheets.

● Record-Keeping: Strong ability to maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales progress.

● Target-Oriented: Highly motivated to achieve and surpass sales goals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13, ₹50,000.00 per month
