Sr. Sales Manager / Sr. BDM / Sales Head (Interior Industry)

Location: H-140 Noida Sector

Own Bike Mandatory

We are hiring for Senior Sales roles (Sr. Sales Manager, Sr. BDM, Sales Head) with strong experience in the Interior / Modular Kitchen / Furniture industry. The ideal candidate must have excellent client-handling skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and close sales leads in interiors & projects.
  • Handle client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and manage client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with design & project teams for client requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3–8 years of proven experience in the interior industry sales/business development.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Must have own bike for client/site visits.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
  • Leadership skills for handling a team (for Sales Head role).

Salary: Competitive, as per experience & performance (Negotiable).
