We're Hiring: Senior Business Development Executive
Location: Sector-2, Noida

At PSR Compliance, we help businesses simplify regulatory approvals, certifications, and compliance solutions. We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive who is ambitious, client-focused, and driven to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify & develop new business opportunities in compliance and licensing services.
- Handle client requirements across Company, BIS, RNI ,EPR, LMPC, Drug License, Legal Metrology, FSSAI, BIS, Company Registration, and more.
- Draft proposals, quotations, and tailored presentations for clients.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Lead client meetings and mentor junior team members.
- Consistently achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Eligibility
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven BD experience (compliance/consulting industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory approvals and licensing processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Leadership, negotiation, and deal-closing expertise.
