Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST

JOB PURPOSE / ROLE

We are seeking experienced, results-driven Business Development Associates to join AAPCs International Sales Team. This role focuses on B2B sales across key global markets, including India, UAE/Gulf, the Philippines, and South Africa.

The ideal candidate will have proven success identifying new opportunities, qualifying prospects, and driving deals to close with international clients and partners. This is a high-energy, hunter-oriented position centered on new client acquisition, with up to 25% of time dedicated to account nurturing and growth. You will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle from outreach through closure, consistently exceeding monthly targets while building trusted business relationships.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Skills Needed (Must Have)

  1. Proven B2B International Sales Success – Demonstrated track record of driving new business in regions such as India, UAE/Gulf, Philippines, and South Africa.

  2. CRM Expertise – Strong hands-on experience with leading CRM platforms to manage pipeline, track activity, and forecast accurately.

  3. Exceptional Communication Skills – Clear, persuasive, and confident in presenting value propositions, building relationships, and closing deals across diverse cultural and business environments.

  4. Independent Producer Mindset – Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to exceed monthly targets through consistent outreach, prospect engagement, and closing activities.

Desired Skills (Good to have)

  1. Experience selling Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and/or Medical Coding services.

  2. Proficiency in lead generation using LinkedIn, Facebook, and targeted data research.

  3. Familiarity with for pipeline and account management.

  4. Experience using for sales engagement and automation.

  5. Proficient in Microsoft Teams for client meetings and internal collaboration.

  6. Strong LinkedIn networking skills to connect with and engage decision-makers.

  7. Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and a passion for exceeding goals.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/ SKILL SET):

Minimum Qualifications and Education: Graduate
