Senior Business Development Associate – Compliance & Regulatory Services

Universal PSR Compliance LLP is a trusted consultancy firm specializing in business registration, licensing, and compliance solutions. Our core services include Company Incorporation, EPR Authorization, BIS Certification, LMPC, FSSAI Licensing, WPC, Medical Device Licensing (MD-42/MD-46), and Trademark Registration.
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in compliance & regulatory services to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compliance consulting, strong business acumen, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities in compliance & regulatory services.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide the most suitable compliance solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop effective sales strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for seamless project execution.
- Maintain structured records of leads, client communications, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–3 years of proven experience in business development or sales specifically in Compliance & Regulatory Services (EPR, BIS, LMPC, FSSAI, WPC, Medical Device Licensing, Trademarks, etc.).
- Strong understanding of regulatory service offerings and client challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in approach.
