Job Title: Business Development Manager – Facility Management
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and strengthen our market presence in the Facility Management industry. The role involves generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting integrated facility management services such as housekeeping, security, maintenance, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in facility management services across corporate, commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, bids, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with operations and service delivery teams to design customized facility management solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to build brand visibility.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and market opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of proven experience in business development within the facility management, real estate, or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of facility management services (housekeeping, MEP, pest control, soft services, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong networks and client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal drafting.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
