We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our real estate team. The CRM will be responsible for building long-term client relationships, addressing client needs, ensuring seamless property transactions, and enhancing customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure trust, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate between sales, operations, and post-sales teams to ensure smooth property handovers and documentation.
  • Organize regular client meetings, property visits, and follow-ups to strengthen engagement.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain accurate client records, interactions, and follow-up activities using CRM software.
  • Handle escalations professionally and provide solutions to ensure client retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design customer engagement campaigns and events.
  • Generate reports on client interactions, feedback, and retention metrics for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
