
Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our real estate team. The CRM will be responsible for building long-term client relationships, addressing client needs, ensuring seamless property transactions, and enhancing customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure trust, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinate between sales, operations, and post-sales teams to ensure smooth property handovers and documentation.
- Organize regular client meetings, property visits, and follow-ups to strengthen engagement.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance the client experience.
- Maintain accurate client records, interactions, and follow-up activities using CRM software.
- Handle escalations professionally and provide solutions to ensure client retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design customer engagement campaigns and events.
- Generate reports on client interactions, feedback, and retention metrics for management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
