Position Overview:
As a Customer Relation Employee (CRM) in the automotive industry, you will be a vital link between our company and our valued customers. We are seeking individuals with at least 2 years of experience in customer relations, who can contribute to fostering positive customer interactions and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interactions:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communication:
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and trends for management review.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Relation Employee (CRM) in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Expected Start Date: 12/02/2024

Pay: ₹10, ₹14,000.00 per month
