Job Summary:

The Field Support Executive will handle day-to-day field activities such as cheque collection, visiting registration offices, and assisting in real estate-related background research. The role involves regular travel within the city and coordination with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect cheques and documents from clients and partners.
  • Visit registration offices and government departments for document work.
  • Assist in real estate background research and site visits.
  • Submit and collect papers from banks, registration offices, and other authorities.
  • Maintain proper records of all field activities and submissions.
  • Coordinate with office staff to update status of ongoing work.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Experience: years of field or operations experience .
  • Skills:
  • The candidate should have good communication and presentation skills.
  • Must have basic knowledge of local areas and routes.
  • Should be responsible in handling cheques and important documents.
  • A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
  • Candidates who are willing to travel will be preferred.
  • Prior experience in R&D or research in the real estate sector will be an added advantage.
