About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Field Marketing Executive to support our marketing activities on the ground. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns, engaging directly with customers, and driving brand awareness in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing field marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Represent the company at events, trade shows, and retail locations
  • Conduct direct customer interactions and gather feedback
  • Distribute marketing materials and product samples
  • Help coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure campaign success
  • Collect and report data on customer response and market trends
  • Support local store merchandising and product displays

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • Basic understanding of marketing and customer engagement principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site at different locations
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Ability to handle physical activities such as setting up displays
  • Familiarity with MS Office and mobile technology is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
