Salary: Up to 3 LPA to 6.5 LPA
[ 30% hike on last salary (Experience) ]

Role & responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via voice calls and online chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive rapport.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Graduate/Under Graduate Fresher and candidates with minimum 1 year of International BPO experience are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional international languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Proficient in using computers and familiarity with CRM systems
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends
