Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Pega Sr Consultant/Manager with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Pega BPM solutions. This role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, collaborating with business stakeholders, and leading teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, development, and deployment of Pega BPM applications.

  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

  • Drive architecture, frameworks, and reusable component development.

  • Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.

  • Manage teams, mentor junior consultants, and oversee deliverables.

  • Support application troubleshooting, defect resolution, and enhancements.

  • Work with cross-functional teams for seamless solution integration.

Required Skills:

  • 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Pega BPM development and solution delivery.

  • Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC (v8.x preferred).

  • Expertise in designing case types, flows, integrations, decision rules, UI, and reporting.

  • Familiarity with Pega frameworks (e.g., Customer Service, Marketing, Sales Automation).

  • Strong understanding of BPM concepts, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.

  • Experience with integrations (SOAP, REST, MQ, APIs).

  • Proficiency in performance tuning and application debugging.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Good to Have:

  • Pega CSA, CSSA, or LSA certification.

  • Experience managing offshore/onshore delivery teams.

  • Exposure to cloud-based Pega deployments.
