Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Finance and Commercial Manager. The role involves managing financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and forecasting to support management decision-making. Responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, monitoring and optimizing business operations, and driving cost efficiency measures. The Finance and Commercial Manager will also be responsible for leading commercial negotiations, managing vendor relationships, and implementing risk management practices while contributing to the business's overall financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
  • Solid experience in Financial Reporting and Compliance
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Cost Optimization, and Risk Management
  • Expertise in Commercial Negotiations and Vendor Management
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Decision-Making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven knowledge of the retail or fashion industry is desirable
  • Educational qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CA is a plus)
