Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Officer/Manager - Collateral based in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support in financing-related tasks, conducting property inspections, preparing technical reports, managing loan documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, assisting with customer queries, and resolving technical challenges related to collateral management will also be part of the core responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating property-related data and making informed decisions
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and working with systems for collateral management
  • Customer Service orientation to address and resolve queries professionally and efficiently
  • Basic Laboratory Skills and familiarity with real estate assessment processes are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; M.Tech or equivalent is an advantage
  • Proficiency in relevant software/tools for analysis and reporting
  • Experience in the housing finance or banking sector is highly desirable
