Are You The One?

We're looking for an experienced Business Finance Manager to be a strategic partner to our business units. In this role, you will be crucial in driving financial decisions, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring our business plans align with our overall financial strategy. We need someone with a strong commercial mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills.

You'll report to the COO - Fintech and be responsible for the financial health of your assigned business units, helping us achieve our goals through insightful analysis and sound financial guidance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for your assigned business units.
  • Evaluate and support new business initiatives, product launches, pricing models, and ROI analysis.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor key revenue and cost drivers to ensure business performance aligns with financial goals.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance reports to leadership.
  • Serve as the primary finance partner to business teams, providing commercial guidance and support for key decisions.
  • Drive process improvements and automation in financial planning and reporting to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: A degree in Finance or Strategy/ MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.
  • Professional Experience: 5-8 years of experience in a business finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or strategy role.
  • Key Skills:
  • Expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, and business analytics.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic and commercial mindset.
  • Proficiency in BI tools and financial software.
