Role Overview

We're looking for a
Business Finance professional (Associate Manager)
who's eager to
build and scale the business finance function from scratch
.

This is a
high-impact role
, working closely with founders and cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, and supply chain — driving insights, shaping strategy, and ensuring financial discipline as we scale rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build the
    business finance function from zero
    — processes, reporting, and analytical frameworks that guide key business decisions.
  • Partner with business teams to
    own and analyze P&L performance
    across channels and categories.
  • Develop
    financial models, forecasts, and dashboards
    for planning and performance tracking.
  • Conduct
    monthly performance analysis
    (AOP vs Actuals, margin tracking, unit economics, etc.).
  • Drive
    marketing ROI and payback analysis
    , optimizing spends and channel efficiency.
  • Work closely with operations and supply chain on
    inventory, working capital, and cost management
    .
  • Support
    fundraising, investor reporting, and board presentations
    .

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in
    business finance / FP&A / consulting / strategy
    , ideally in a
    consumer, D2C, or FMCG
    setup.
  • CA / MBA (Finance)/ CFA preferred.
  • Strong skills in
    financial modeling, Excel / Google Sheets, and analytics
    .
  • Strong business acumen and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working in a fast-moving, unstructured environment.
