Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the solar rooftop & commercial solar solutions sector.
Meet clients, conduct site visits, understand requirements, and propose suitable solar solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial, industrial, and residential customers.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate with the technical/engineering team.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry updates in the Tamil Nadu solar sector.
Maintain proper reports of client meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with management to improve business strategies in the region.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1–3 years experience in Solar Sales/Business Development.
Strong knowledge of solar rooftop systems, on-grid/off-grid systems, and basic technical understanding.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Tamil is a must).
Ability to handle field work, client meetings, and site visits independently.
Strong client-relationship management and sales closing ability.
