Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition - Focus on Recruitment & Staffing Services:
- Proactively target and engage decision-makers and hiring managers to uncover business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing sectors.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' hiring needs, pain points, and organizational culture to offer tailored recruitment solutions that meet specific talent acquisition requirements.
- Present The Search House's recruitment and staffing services effectively, ensuring alignment between our solutions and the client's staffing goals, helping them achieve efficient hiring processes.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to clearly communicate how our services can streamline recruitment, enhance talent quality, and drive organizational success.
Market Research/Lead Generation, Inside Sales & Cold Calling:
- Conduct regular market research to identify companies that are actively hiring and track hiring managers and key decision-makers across various industries.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision-makers in target companies to support targeted outreach.
- Utilize market insights to proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and other outreach methods, introducing The Search House's recruitment outsourcing services.
- Engage in consultative sales conversations with hiring managers and decision-makers to understand their recruitment needs and challenges.
- Position The Search House as a trusted recruitment partner, and work towards getting empanelled as a preferred vendor for talent acquisition services.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships, ensure timely communication, and convert leads into business opportunities
Client Management - Recruitment-Centric Relationships:
- Post-onboarding, maintain and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers, ensuring their recruitment needs are continuously met.
- Drive the acquisition of new clients by identifying and targeting hiring managers and decision-makers within potential client organizations.
- Develop strategies to grow the business by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients through research, networking, and leveraging market insights.
- Implement targeted marketing campaigns designed to raise awareness of The Search House's recruitment and staffing services within key market segments.
Relationship Building - Building Trust with Hiring Managers & Decision Makers:
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and key decision-makers, positioning The Search House as their go-to recruitment partner.
- Anticipate client hiring needs, offering proactive recruitment solutions that deliver immediate value to their talent acquisition strategy.
- Foster strong relationships based on transparent communication, reliability, and a deep understanding of client requirements.
Meeting Targets - Client Acquisition & Retention:
- Achieve business development targets, focusing on new client acquisition, revenue growth, and retention within the recruitment and staffing sector.
- Track performance against key metrics, such as client acquisition, revenue generation, and retention rates, and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met.
Record Keeping - Recruitment-Driven Data Management:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, follow ups required, ensuring data is organized and accessible for decision-making.
- Maintain comprehensive information to support effective recruitment strategies and client service and generate revenue.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development with a focus on client acquisition and management within the recruitment, staffing, or HR services industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to engage and acquire decision-makers, hiring managers, and senior-level stakeholders within client organizations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored to recruitment and staffing solutions.
- Experience with CRM software and data-driven sales tracking.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and staffing needs across various industries.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Familiarity with recruitment technology, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and sourcing tools.
- Established network within the recruitment industry or relevant sectors.
- Knowledge of the recruitment landscape in your city and key hiring trends is a plus.
