**Job Profile**:

We're seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team and drive business growth in the field of Recruitment and Staffing Services. Whether you prefer working from the comfort of your home office or thriving in a hybrid environment, this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a real impact.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough research and build a robust database of hiring companies using various channels such as Internet research, social media, job boards, and references.
- Identify key decision-makers within hiring companies and establish connections to understand their recruitment vendor needs.
- Maintain detailed daily reports using Excel sheets and ERP systems, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities and follow-ups.
- Develop and implement a self-monitoring process for inside sales activities, continuously refining strategies to optimize performance.
- Engage in inside sales activities including cold calling and pitching recruitment and staffing services to a diverse range of companies, including MNCs, MSMEs, and startups in both domestic and international markets.
- Prioritize understanding each client's business profile, mission, vision, culture, and specific manpower requirements to effectively match them with our recruitment solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contract agreements, and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Team, providing them with detailed job specifications and client insights to facilitate efficient service delivery.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives, fostering long-term relationships with clients and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor service delivery through our recruitment staffing teams and oversee payment collections to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for our clients.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Proven track record of success in sales or a strong inclination towards business development.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to independently drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and influencing stakeholders.
