We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Staffing Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT staffing industry and a strong understanding of the recruitment and sales process. This role involves generating new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and closing sales for both permanent and contract staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the IT staffing industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (HR managers, IT heads, C-level executives) to understand their staffing needs.
  • Present and sell IT staffing services, including FTE/permanent staffing and contractual staffing/staff augmentation.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, networking, and social media.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitable margins.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to match client requirements with qualified candidates.
  • Stay updated on IT industry trends, job market developments, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in IT staffing sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, skillsets, and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud, data, infrastructure).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Experience with lead generation, cold calling, and business development strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, contracts, and staffing models.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
