IT Staffing Sales Speciallist

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the IT staffing industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (HR managers, IT heads, C-level executives) to understand their staffing needs.
- Present and sell IT staffing services, including FTE/permanent staffing and contractual staffing/staff augmentation.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, networking, and social media.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitable margins.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to match client requirements with qualified candidates.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, job market developments, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in IT staffing sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, skillsets, and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud, data, infrastructure).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Experience with lead generation, cold calling, and business development strategies.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, contracts, and staffing models.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
