Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven HubSpot Executive to manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and sales processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HubSpot tools to enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Management: Maintain, update, and optimize HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate customer data and streamlined sales processes.
  • Marketing Automation: Set up and manage email campaigns, workflows, and automation sequences to nurture leads and drive engagement.
  • Lead Management: Develop and refine lead-scoring models, track customer journeys, and analyze conversion rates.
  • Sales Enablement: Support the sales team by optimizing deal pipelines, automating tasks, and generating insightful reports.
  • Content & SEO Support: Assist in content strategy execution, including blog management, landing pages, and SEO optimization.
  • Integration & Troubleshooting: Ensure seamless integration of HubSpot with other tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier, Google Analytics) and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing and sales efforts.
  • Training & Support: Educate and train team members on HubSpot best practices and new features.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Service Hub.
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing strategies and sales funnel optimization.
  • Experience in marketing automation, email marketing, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools within HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with integrations, API connections, and third-party tools like Zapier.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certifications in CRM, Inbound Marketing, or related areas.
  • Experience in digital marketing, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per year
