Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company. This role is critical in creating a positive first impression for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and efficient office environment, and supporting the overall smooth operation of the office. You will be responsible for greeting and directing clients, providing initial information about our services, and performing basic office maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Client & Visitor Management:
  • Greet all visitors and clients warmly and professionally, making them feel welcome and valued.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently, taking accurate messages and directing callers to the appropriate personnel.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for initial client inquiries, clearly explaining our company's offerings and identifying their needs. Proactively engage clients with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Office Maintenance & Operations:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including maintaining a tidy desk, restocking supplies, and ensuring a presentable appearance.
  • Perform basic office maintenance tasks, such as:
  • Minor mail distribution
  • Basic equipment troubleshooting (printers, copiers - limited)
  • Assist with general office tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with mail distribution and processing.
  • Maintain records of visitor attendance and client interactions (as required).
  • Support the team with scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements (occasionally).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
