Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Pune. As an Assistant, you will support day-to-day operations, assist with administrative tasks, and coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflows. Your responsibilities will include organizing schedules, maintaining records, facilitating communication, and ensuring operational efficiency within the unit. Qualifications Organizational and time management skills for handling administrative tasks and multitaskingStrong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate and collaborate across teamsBasic knowledge of manufacturing or renewable energy processes is desirableProficiency in using office software and maintaining accurate recordsAbility to work independently and take initiative while supporting broader team goalsEducational background in Administration, Business, or a related field is advantageous
