Role Overview

We're looking for a
Sales Manager / Growth Partner (1-3 years experience)
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for building client relationships. You'll focus on generating leads, pitching services, and supporting Fullapple's growth journey in events, branding, and media production.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Research and identify potential clients in corporate, media, and branding sectors.
  • Reach out via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.

Sales Execution

  • Pitch Fullapple's services to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and share proposals, follow up on leads, and close deals with support from senior team members.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for queries, ensuring smooth communication.

Growth Support

  • Work with the creative and operations team to align proposals with client expectations.
  • Suggest new opportunities, partnerships, and collaboration ideas.

Market Insights

  • Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Share insights to help refine Fullapple's sales and marketing approach.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (events, media, advertising, or related industries preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow fast.
  • Comfortable with both individual sales targets and team collaboration.
